We met Cindy more than 12 years ago when we bought and later sold a rental property in Frisco. Over the years, Cindy always kept herself present in our lives by sending us Christmas and birthday cards, informative emails, etc. She always kept a kind and gentle relationship with us, making us feel we mattered. So, when we decided in May, 2022 we wanted to sell our 32 year old home, we did not have to think twice about who we needed to call. Cindy immediately responded to our call and in a 6-week period she helped us buy a condo and sell our house. She worked many hours on our behalf, always keeping our interest as her main priority. She was very patient with us as went through the selling and buying process and she always made us feel at ease and confident. She has great communication skills and always kept us informed about the process. We were always prepared for the next step and we never had any surprises. She always showed respect for our decisions but was not shy in telling us her professional opinion. We will not have any hesitation to recommend Cindy to anyone. For us, she is the best real estate agent in the metroplex.

Cindy was our Agent when we moved to the DFW area and she maintained contact with us throughout the 4 years we have lived in the area. Cindy was the obvious choice for us when it came time to sell that home. She was great to work with all the way around. She was patient with us when things got chaotic and crazy and was always very reassuring of the process and her knowledge made us feel comfortable all along the way. She was in constant contact with us and the potential buyer agent. She kept us up to date all along the way. I would work with Cindy again for any of our real estate transactions. We had EXTREMELY difficult buyers for our house, and Cindy went above and beyond doing anything and everything she could to make the transaction as seamless as possible, even when that was just listening to us complain about things we knew we couldn't change about them.

Cindy went out of her way to provide extraordinary service during my relocation. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient.
